Student Council positions are available to students in 4th through 8th grade. The Student

Council actively leads the student body by providing opportunities to develop faith life and build community. The Student Council is made up of 10 students, each with designated jobs and responsibilities such as the Commissioner of Religion, Ecology, School Spirit, Athletics, Publicity, Treasurer, President and Vice President. Together, the Student Council leads the school in morning assembly, various prayer opportunities such as the Rosary, pep-rallies, and service projects and fundraisers throughout the year. Students who are eligible to run with a GPA of above 2.0 campaign towards the end of the school year. After presenting a speech to the student body, the members of Student Council are elected based of voting conducted by grades K-8. Throughout their term, members of the Student Council are expected to maintain a GPA above 2.0, and demonstrate school spirit and embody the schools mission at all times. The Student Council is an opportunity for students to develop their leadership skills, serve the student body and the larger community through fundraisers and service projects, and build up the community within the school.
